Consultancy

We collaborate with our clients to understand how their organisation truly works. As Organisation Development practitioners, we help executives and others to scope the area of interest, assess what is going on, consider what brings them success, and identify what is causing problems. The client can rely on us to assist them as they digest those findings and translate them into planned action with measured outcomes. We engage with confidence at the level of a corporation, organisational unit, business process, executive team, programme, or individual issue.

Coaching

Coaching leaders and professionals is a speciality for Chris Webbley Associates Ltd. Our experienced coaches have supported more than 100 clients on development, skill-building, problem-solving or career progression. Where it will add value we offer psychometric assessment and feedback using Myers-Briggs MBTI, FIRO-B, Occupational Personality Questionnaire OPQ, Herrmann HBDI or Thomas-Kilman Inventory. Although we are not a specialist team-building service provider, we are skilled facilitators of team work and team development.

Teaching

Sometimes learning is exactly the answer. Chris Webbley associates regularly teach a wide range of topics ranging from innovation and creativity through systems thinking and organisational effectiveness to tools and techniques for problem solving, effective communication and review. We receive valuable feedback on the lasting impact of what people have learnt and use this to refine our delivery and develop new methods.
